Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic massage is a great choice whether you are looking for full body relaxation or have specific problem areas. This is a skin-to-skin massage utilizing different techniques such as Swedish massage, myofascial release, and trigger point release.
Available in 60min or 90min sessions.
Cupping Therapy
​Cupping therapy uses negative pressure to lift muscle tissue, fascia, and increase blood flow to the area. This is a great choice for anyone looking to release fascial tension.
Available in 60min sessions.
Physio Therapy
During these sessions we will utilize some or all of the following techniques:
Foam Roller Release - to balance the central nervous system and warm muscle tissue
Foot reflexology - to release fascial tension throughout the body
Trigger Point Therapy - for those tough spots that need a little extra oomph
PNF Assisted Stretching - to increase flexibility and help bring the body back to neutral

This will be a fully clothed session so please wear comfortable and stretchy clothes!

Meet Brittany
That's me!
I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Illinois since 2019 when I graduated from The School of Holistic Massage and Reflexology.

I use many techniques, such as, trigger point therapy, assisted stretching, Swedish massage and sports massage. I am also certified in cranial-sacral therapy and cupping therapy. I have a special interest in helping those that suffer from chronic pain and hypermobility disorders.
​
My goal is to help any and all looking for relief in a hands-on, safe, therapeutic environment. So, whether you are suffering from chronic pain or just need some stress relief, I am excited to help.
